What is Mesotherapy?

Mesotherapy is the process of injecting a cocktail of drugs (vitamins, amino acids, minerals, enzymes) used for medical and aesthetic purposes into the skin or subcutaneous target tissues. The number of injections and applications varies depending on the patient, the purpose of the treatment and the anatomy of the area to be injected.

Mesotherapy was first practiced in France in 1952 by Dr. Michael Pistor. It was recognized as a medical treatment method by the French Academy of Medicine in 1987 and is a widely used medical procedure today. In this method, since the general distribution of drugs in the body is very small, drug-induced side effects are minimized and the regional effect of the drug is increased.

In Which Situations Can Mesotherapy Be Used?

- Hair loss

- Spot treatment
- Stretch mark treatment
- Acne (acne) scars and blemishes
- Wrinkle treatment

What are the side effects of mesotherapy?

There are no serious and permanent side effects. There may be mild redness and swelling after the procedure, cold compresses are used to alleviate this condition.

What is Mesolifting?

Mesolifting is facial mesotherapy for anti-ageing purposes. Mesolifting is a treatment method in which substances such as hyaluronic acid, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and amino acids are injected under the skin with fine-tipped needles to moisturize the skin, reduce skin wrinkles and sagging, and increase collagen and elastin production. After mesolifting, the skin looks younger and rested. The elasticity of the skin increases and sagging skin is recovered. Wrinkles on the person's face are reduced thanks to mesotherapy, while the skin is given a brighter appearance. Mesolifting is applied at intervals of 2-4 weeks. It can be performed again when needed after an average of 3-6 sessions. Mesolifting results begin to appear after the second session. The skin renewal effect continues after the treatment is over.
